When we gather in rhythm, something powerful happens: strangers become a circle, energy begins to synchronize, and the heartbeat of the group comes alive.During this one-hour experience, Angie Hicks and Mario Sousa will guide participants through a simple rhythm journey inspired by their Soul Medicine gatherings and Heart-Centered Living teachings.Together we will explore grounding rhythms, playful energy, emotional release, and moments of stillness — discovering the wisdom that lives in the pause between the beats.Come drum, clap, move, or simply listen.Everyone is welcome.No experience required.Let’s create one rhythm, one circle, one heart.
